We can help you register your business in a different state if an employee relocates, and we can guide you through planning and implementing a systems change, like switching to a new ERP, CRM, HRIS, or project management solution. Our team has experience working in HR, IT, and contracts roles, so we truly understand all the internal workings of a business—and more importantly, what it takes for them to run smoothly. To put it simply, we’ll keep your accounts reconciled and your insights fresh, so you can stay focused on doing what you love.

Automation

This isn’t just a highfalutin buzzword to us; we take a practical approach to automating your most frequent administrative tasks. The first step is to see if we can simplify any steps in the process to reduce the need for automation. Next, we look for ways to utilize your existing software’s tools to automate the process (say, performing bulk uploads of transactions into your ERP or CRM instead of manual entries). Once we’ve exhausted those options, then we break out the heavy hitters: custom programmatic solutions, which we usually write in Python. We’ve automated the download (from the point-of-sale system), formatting, and upload (into Quickbooks) of daily sales reports for restaurants and retailers, for example.

Data Analytics

Maybe you need eye-catching data visualizations for your board meeting’s presentation, or maybe you just want a simple dashboard to keep tabs on your organization’s health. Either way, we’ve got your back. We’ve put together both static and interactive dashboards and visualizations using tools like Salesforce, Tableau, and PowerBI, but we’re not afraid to make them from scratch with Python or R.
